While working as a professional textile designer in NYC, Debbie was introduced to the art of making kiln formed glass. She quickly discovered her new passion.  Debbie enjoys integrating design, color and light in this complex medium.  She has learned that being an accomplished glass artist requires combining artistic vision with scientific principles of physics. She finds this process particularly challenging and rewarding.

Her collection at the Clever Hand includes both functional and decorative works, such as vessels, clocks, night lights, jewelry and Judaica. She welcomes custom orders.
